Testamento en buque mercante

En los buques mercantes bajo bandera colombiana, podrá solo testarse en la forma prescrita por el artículo 1105, recibiéndose el testamento por el capitán o su segundo o el piloto, y observándose además lo prevenido en el artículo 1107.
