El testamento marítimo no valdrá, sino cuando el testador hubiere fallecido antes de desembarcar, o antes de expirar los noventa días subsiguientes al desembarque.
No se entenderá por desembarque el pasar a tierra por corto tiempo para reembarcarse en el mismo buque.
